read thoroughly before asking me about commissions, please

first things first, i am a hobby artist. i have no intention of being a professional. i draw what i feel comfortable drawing and only if it seems fun, which means i won't accept commissions if i don't want towith that being said, i urge you to read through the entire list. it will save us both time in the long run

section 1. - payment

1. ➤ payment can only be accepted by paypal (friends & family), or ko-fi
make sure you can send payment through these websites first before asking me about commissions2. ➤ all payment must be sent in USD
while my currency is CAD, i only take payment in USD. be aware there may be conversion fees depending on your country3. ➤ no refunds
there are no refunds. once payment is made, the transaction is final. the ONLY exception is if there is an emergency in my life, and i cannot complete the art for you at all. in which case, i will refund you 100% of the payment i received, regardless of how much progress i've made on your commission4. ➤ payment must be received upfront
i will not start the commission until i receive payment first5. ➤ payment plans are not allowed
for the time being, i am not allowing payment plans. i must receive 100% of the price upfront, UNLESS you are a trusted client that i have worked with several times, in which case i am open to allowing payment plans depending on the price of your commission(s)6. ➤ payment must be received within 48 hours of your commission being confirmed
if you fail to pay within 48 hours, i will take you off my to-do list and disregard your commission7. ➤ adjustment prices
i do not charge for adjustments! you are free to request any changes you want throughout the process, although be aware, if you suggest a change anywhere past the lineart stage, your commission will be delayed, as i need to adjust not only the colours but the lineart, as well

section 2. - general terms

1. ➤ i have the right to decline any request
if something makes me uncomfortable, it violates my t.o.s., or any other reason, i reserve every right to decline your request2. ➤ deadlines
to reiterate, i am a hobby artist. i have a personal life & career outside of this, so i cannot draw as much as a professional artist. i will give you an estimate on the TAT after i confirm your commission, although generally speaking it takes me 2-3+ weeks to complete a commission, depending on complexity and the amount you order3. ➤ updates
you will receive the sketch, so you can approve of it and request any changes. after you confirm it looks okay, i will complete the art for you, unless you request to see the lineart/flat colour stages4. ➤ passcode
thank you for reading. the passcode is dragonfly, please include it somewhere in your commission request so i know you read my t.o.s.5. ➤ upload policy
i have permission to upload your art to any of my profiles. if you do not want me to post your commission(s), please tell me before you send payment, otherwise i am assuming that i have permission to upload the artYOU AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS ABOVE UPON COMMISSIONING ME

section 3. - will & won't draw

if your character falls under this genre, i am more inclined to draw them (heads up, I only do very LIGHT gore, do not request for anything remotely exteme)NO!!➤ human/muscle/bug/insect/nsfw/fetish/extreme gore
i will never accept a commission for characters/requests that fall under this genrebe aware, even if your character falls under my "yes" category, it does not mean i'll accept your commission. i have a preference for female/feminine-appearing characters. i do not like drawing masculine/male characters
